We’re hiring a Manager (IT & Marketing) to lead our Port Harcourt operations. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with strong IT knowledge, marketing expertise, and people management skills. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Office Manager (IT & Marketing):

  •    Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and team performance.
  •    Serve as the main client contact, maintaining excellent relationships.
  •    Supervise call center and IT support operations.
  •    Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand business opportunities.
  •    Mentor, train, and manage staff for growth and productivity.
  •    Report directly to the COO with regular updates and insights.
  •    Ensure compliance with company policies and client confidentiality.

  • IT Technician Requirements:

    •    Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
    •    3–5 years’ proven experience in IT, Marketing, or Management.
    •    Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    •    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    •    Background in outsourcing, call center, or customer support is an advantage.
